Paddi Lund - fire your customers

My friend Duff told me about this guy. He apparently had too many clients (he’s a dentist), so he “fired” the ones he did not like (class C), and required existing clients (class A) to refer new clients to him as a condition for continuing the relationship. Amazing what being selective and going for what you want can do.
