November 14th, 2005 | by Brian |Why? Well, H.R. 3700, the “Reducing Immigration to a Genuinely Healthy Total (RIGHT) Act of 2005,” otherwise known as the “RIGHT Act.” Oh dear. I guess the PATRIOT Act is worse. Do bureaucrats hire acronym consultants? That can be a whole job, disturbing as it is.
