One of my favorite records from childhood was Ernie’s Hits. One of my favorite tracks was “Tiger Hunt,” which, I recall correctly, I listened to and enjoyed with my brother, Andy. In honor of Andy’s birthday today, I have transferred an audio cassette recording of Tiger Hunt and posted the mp3 file. Just click on the arrow below.

I too have been looking for this for a few years. My sister and I played this record all the time when we were kids. I just played this for my four year old son and we had a great time running around the room. Thank you so much for putting this online. Isn’t it amazing that so many of us have had similar experiences in this big, big world.

I don’t think the person who posted the mp3 will allow us to download for free. You can download & pay to have it downloaded for 15cents plus twenty-odd dollars to register for an mp3 download website. Unfortunately for me I only want this mp3. I wish someone would send me this particular one since I used to teach children many years ago & played this song through audiocassette (transferred from LP).

WOW! You have to get this album out to the masses. My Wife has talked about this track specifically for years and I have not been able to find it for her anywhere. If you or anyone has info on how/where to find, download, or purchase this PLEASE POST! What a great piece of nostalgia.

Just a few weeks ago my brother & I were reminiscing of the numerous Tiger Hunts we went on as kids with Ernie. I’ve looked everywhere for it online and had no luck. My brother found your site today. THANK YOU!! A million THANK YOU’s… You’ve let me reach back onto my childhood!!
